Mr. Becker has assisted hundreds of clients in obtaining citizenship, lawful permanent residency, work permits, asylum, immigrant visas, non-immigrant visas, waivers, and deferred action.

Kate spent the last three years in private practice. Before that she worked with Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City in the Immigration Legal Services department. Kate has handled removal defense, asylum, SIJs, adoptions, citizenship, consular processing, and many other cases. Kate has represented hundreds of immigrants in proceedings before USCIS, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, criminal courts in Oklahoma and Utah, and the Department of Labor.
